So it's a slow news day and in an unlikely coincidence Evony have once again released an even more revealing advert to try and pimp their title.

What started off as a moderately interesting online title has turned into the laughing stock of the Internet, if it gets any worse these adverts are going to be R rated and banned in Australia

LOL, one time there was an article on how these ads pop everywhere and everybody commented that they hate the ad. I actually had to open IE just so I can go and see the ad.

Like I've said countless times before, this is the direction that video games will be headed if sex and nudity become common parts of gaming. I don't mind sexuality and gaming when the venue is appropriate, but I've never thought of video games as being that kind of venue. To me, video games have always been about interactive puzzles and obstacle told in backdrop of interesting stories, much like Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, or Tomb Raider, or even Super Mario Bros. I hope that developers like Bioware will remain classy and take a more reserved approach to how they implement sexuality and nudity into their games.
