AVault: World of Battles Preview

Set on the fictional continent of Raxession, World of Battles depicts a largely self-contained fantasy realm with a wide variety of terrain and nine races vying for supremacy. These include the Amazons, the brutish Orcs, the unnatural Undead and the fantastic Beast-folk. These races are also nominally aligned with good and evil (i.e. Undead are evil, Dwarves are good), a distinction that doesn't necessarily prevent characters with similar ideals from fighting one another, but one that does drive the scope of the conflicts to be found in the game.

GDN: World of Battles Review

GDN: When I was given the opportunity to review World of Battles, I went in with a negative attitude, thinking the game was just another fantasy RTS to throw into an already crowded genre. After my walkthrough of the game by the Frogware development team, I came away with a new positive outlook about this game.

P8S Reviews - World of Battles

World of Battles is an RTS developed by Frogwares. The game itself has a lot of potential, as any decent RTS would. The graphics are impressive too. However, the game is somewhat boring with it's slow battle progression, and the mission system is almost broken. It's Free To Play, what can you say? It would be a good weekend game, but currently needs to patches to help fix lingering issues.
