One gets the impression that with Ice Age 3: Dawn Of The Dinosaurs, Eurocom has thrown together a number of ideas to see what sticks. To be honest, nothing in the game is brilliant, but parts of many of the levels are at least enjoyable enough to provide some entertainment. The variety of gaming styles, decent script and multiplayer unlockables help to move the often terrible movie-to-game genre in the right direction. However, the poor graphics, and generally passable gameplay still leaves Ice Age 3: Dawn Of The Dinosaurs feeling slightly prehistoric.

why would i just buy a game to boost a fictional score that does nothing for me?
whats the point of 1k'ing? does it give like a 200 points boost? ive got 2 games suck at 985 with 2 achiev each worth 10 and 5. dont see the point of wasting 100+ hours on em.

Ice Age borrows heavily from established franchises and does nothing to separate it from the crowd but its winning factor is it isn't broken. Sometimes its all one can ask of a game and compared to the last twenty years of bad movie titles simply working is a tough expectation."
