Omerta Game, publisher of Omerta, the web's biggest Mafia-themed MMORPG (massively multiplayer role-playing game) announces the official launch date of the hotly-awaited new version.
From July 8th Omerta fans will finally be able to play the new version, which has taken 2 years to develop.
Omerta Game Ltd, a leading independent online games developer and publisher, is thrilled to announce the 10th year anniversary celebrations of its perennially popular free-to-play browser-based Mafia MMORPG, Omerta.
"Twitter user umopapisdnpuaq spotted a resemblance between the Scotsman and Emmet "Doc" O' Connell from the strategy game Omerta: City of Gangsters. It appears that developer Haemimont Games took some inspiration from the out-of-work gaffer's face to create Mr. O' Connell."

Sometimes, it’s enough to have something which is easy to play when you can’t muster the energy for anything more taxing. More than once, I’ve started a map and pottered along happily for a couple of hours before looking at my watch.
