Wolfenstein Has The Gameplay And Graphics To Be A Hit This August. Interview Plus Impressions Is Here

Gameplay – First of all the controls felt very solid and accessible. Going through the game was very intense and satisfying because of the new features Wolfenstein has added which is the VALE. Now the Vale adds so much to the gameplay because it enhances your strategy against the enemies and also evading situations.

I will be there, day one for this one. I love the series and cannot wait to see what the current gen game is going to look like and play like.

StanLee5417d ago

Really?! The graphics seem dated to me and the Veil powers, which would have been considered a fresh idea a few years ago seem stale and generic when compared to the many great shooters released this generation.

Serjikal_Strike5418d ago

I think I'd rather put my money towards Batman Arkham Asaluym...only cuz there will be other better FPS in the months following...

This game looks ok ..just not on my must buy list just yet!

HarukoHex5418d ago

yet your picking a game that was delayed, and how many other action games are out there that are better. >.> kinda redundent isn't it.

i can think of one right of the bat, any GOW game.

Serjikal_Strike5418d ago

Thats why I prefer to buy Batman instead of Wolfenstein in August cuz I've been waiting for it....and besides are you really gonna take HHG word for this being a summer hit game?

Go play your Gears...little one!

Way to be a prick, Hi-def freak. Nah I'm only kidding. Come on guys they are both great games.

HarukoHex5418d ago (Edited 5418d ago )

I didn't say Gears of war you idiot, is gears of war a action game like batman no. its a 3rd person shooter. GOW GOD OF WAR, man some of you just want to find a way to attack me. We know who the real fanboy is now don't we?

Double Toasted5417d ago

Yo if I could buy a new shirt to unlock a new trick on my kicks... That's genius right there. An I ain't got no CAR-98 man. I got a CAR-2003. Byoo-ick! That's retarded! OMG!

TheBand1t5418d ago

That's Kar 98. Karabiner 98.

KingKionic 5418d ago

Wolfenstein looks pretty good.

lol I forgot about this game. E3 blew a lot of stuff off my mind for awhile.

xlx-russ_925418d ago

FLOP. yes thats right you heard it here first.

table5417d ago

It's bound to 'flop' in the eyes of a fanboy. I mean, people try and argue killzone2 flopped in sales(and gameplay?!) but if Wolfenstein does half of killzone numbers they'll be happy.

I'll be try this game out since I'm a fan of the Wolfenstein games. I bet if this game did good numbers you'd buy it, because that's what makes a game great yes...

It got old tbh. Machine needed a break from the IP. Indie is a good reprieve.

Scheiße! Nein.
Return to Castle Wolfenstein is the best in the series. After that:
New Order
New Colossus
Old Blood

Harryvok631d ago

I really wish they'd remake Return to Castle Wolfenstein from the ground up. Easily the best of them all.

MachineGames Proved It Was Worthy Of Wolfenstein By Fixing Bugs For Id Software

Speaking on Wassup Conversations, Matthies told the host that once MachineGames was founded, it didn't have enough money to hire a full development team and pitched around ideas for a while.
