Many a complaint has been voiced about the art direction of The Conduit. Usually centering around words such as uninspired or generic. There have also been a few explanations given. I wouldn't call it terrible so much as run of the mill. Really, it's not like most other FPS' have an exceedingly better style to them...

The Wii U Gamepad had its many problems on the system as a whole, but along with the way in which the touch screen was implemented in the first game like I mentioned in my last piece, using the Gamepad’s gyroscope was deemed a superior way to play compared to traditional joystick control.
