While Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix may have broken numerous digital download records on the Playstation Network and Xbox Live Arcade, Capcom isn't too keen on the idea of giving the same HD Remix treatment to the sequel, Street Fighter III.

I played street fighter 2 for years on my SNES even after I got my N64. It was just relaxing the way you could beat the snot out of such iconic characters.
Great news for all PS3 fans (blasphemyyyyyyyy, how can a PC gaming site talk about PS3 fans, how, HOW, HOOOOOOWWWWW) as RPCS3 is making a lot of progress. Since the launch of a Patreon campaign, its author has been working hard on it and it appears that its latest version can run a couple of games.
well it's not almost playable but very interesting. probably like a year or 2 from being fully playable
Carl Williams writes, "If you are reading this then you are probably a fan of retro games. Just taking a stab in the dark there. Well, we just found out that Capcom, one of the better retro supporting companies out there, has this package with Humble Bundle full of Playstation 3 and Playstation 4 games. You better hurry and grab this one because time is running out."
I wish Sony would get the licenses for all the classic arcade games from the 80s and 90s for the PS4.. I dont see why they wouldnt want to make money? I miss those brawlers like xmen, tmnt, etc.. So many great games people are forced to play on mame
ughh wtf, why no SF3 remakes? I'm getting tired of seeing SF2 characters.
Personally I would rather see a Street Fighter Alpha 3 HD remix but that seems even more unlikely considering the massive amount of characters and what not.
I think Capcom really needs to stop BSing about how hard it is to do stuff with HD sprites at this point. I mean not to long ago they said the reason Street Fighter IV was not in 2d was because they did everything that could be done with sprites in Street Fighter 3 3rd Strike which is obvious BS as games like Blaz Blue are clearly showing us that sprites can be pushed to the limit and still look absolutely stunning in the process.
Capcom why not? A SFIII 3rd Strike HD Remix (or just the original) would sell like crazy on PSN and XBLA.....I mean its the best beat-em-up ever in many peoples eyes, this would sell very well in many countries (Japan would be all over it)
Release a Street Fighter Alpha 3 Remix or better a Street Fighter Alpha 4 with HD sprites but I think none of this will happen because they are to lazy and they have to draw too many characters.
Street Fighter 3: Third Strike and Marvel Vs Capcom 2 on my Dreamcast. Great games indeed.
