Kotaku writes: "This fall, an Xbox 360 game will have the word "gay" in its title. But will 360 gamers be able to call themselves gay by then?
During an E3 interview with Microsoft's corporate vice president of Xbox Live software and services, John Schappert, I posed a question that I'd been sent by a reader:"
The Steam versions of Grand Theft Auto IV and Episodes From Liberty City are combining, and players who own one or the other are in for some changes.
I woupdn't update the game. It doesnt have game breaking issues and I would lose one of the radio stations.
"Thankfully, players will seemingly easily be able to update their game to the new version easily by simply installing "
What the fuck kind of sentence structure is that?!
GTA4 was the worst game in the entire series and the only one I've ever truly hated
They'll never get rid of how slow and sluggish these games feel. Your character and vehicles feel too heavy. Even on the most powerful rigs. I love how GTAV fixed it though.
Nick writes: "If you fancy some GTA nostalgia, and/or want to dive back into the GTA IV package in its entirety, I would say that if nothing else strikes your fancy, The Ballad of Gay Tony should."
One of the very rare cases where DLC was done right. This is what DLC should have been, a proper expansion pack, not what it has become today.
KeenGamer: ''The GTA series has been around for over twenty years, spanning four console generations & fifteen games. These crime epics have provided uncountable hours of memories over the years, but some instalments stand out from the rest. Here are my top 5 GTA games to date.''
"A recent update also added a fully functioning casino that requires players to use real money, in order to buy fake money, then gamble it!" This is not true, again this is a bullshit narrative being pushed, which is furthest from the truth.
Grand Theft Auto 3 is the game that made it into a console selling game so that's why its my number #1
they would reconsider...
for example:"haha, i just killed ur entire team by myself on search and destroy"...Hater:"ur gay, only F@Gs use juggernaut and noob tube!"
"Letting a gamer identify their sexual orientation on Xbox Live is still in the works. Schappert concluded: "I can say that we are working on that issue."
hmm...perhaps in the future here will be something that says male or female? gay/straight?
It's obvious that the Facebook integration is a way to sidestep the issue as the policy will be:
"Keep it on Facebook, where that type of information belongs."
Don't ask don't tell. Why does everyone need to know you are gay? I don't go around announcing to everyone i'm straight. No one wants to hear about that crap and No one should have to. Xbox is for videogames and media not telling everyone you like dongs.
This is somewhat ridiculous especially if you are actually a gay guy called Tony - you could say that was a little insulting that it's ok to go ahead and single out Tony as the only ok name people can use
Accepting this one instance is what's so daft though even though i do agree that it shouldn't be important you broadcast your details anyway
Don't really care but the whole thing is very stupid
