Overlord II Demo Released For PC And PS3

IncGamers reports that Codemasters today released a playable demo of the upcoming game Overlord II is now available to download for the PS3 and PC.

In addition to the Xbox 360 demo, players can now obtain a demo for the PlayStation 3 from the PlayStation Store. The PC version can be downloaded from the Overlord website.

No - it isn't old, just isn't worded properly. The demo is coming out for the PS3 in EUROPE today.

This is not old news. I was looking the other day for the PC demo on codemasters web site. The demo was not available for the PC and now it is.

I would imagine, since it's Thursday today - and the EU PSN sotre is updated today we are probably getting it here.

I downloaded this off the US store, and it appears better than the first. They have taken on board some of the criticisms of the first game and improved them. Definitely still has the warped humour of the first game.

Camera works better, and IT HAS A MINI-MAP!!! :)

because i downloaded the Overlord 2 demo on the PS3 last week.

ultimately, it doesn't matter, because the demo was AWFUL.

controls, visuals, level design, it just wasn't very appealing. the first Overlord, while merely average, so far, seems like it's better than the sequel (well, your minions being able to ride mounts in this one is pretty cool).

maybe after playing a bunch of other games that feature better controls, visual, and overall design, Overlord 2 demo just didn't do it for me.
