NWR writes: "White-Water Domo is part of the five game series of DSi Ware games centering on the popular Domo character. In this particular game, the player guides Domo through white water rapids, down waterfalls, and around rocks. The goal of the game is to collect coins and rack up the highest score."
The ratio of quality to filler on DSiWare may still be superior to that of iTunes, but the Domo games hurt the credibility Nintendo was gaining as a curator of an online games store that emphasized quality and value.
CheatCC says, "Nintendo, being as Japanese as it gets, had no problem in giving the green light for a group of small Domo-themed games to appear on DSiWare. Now we can all take Domo with us and make our wait at the dentist office a more pleasurable experience. Or will we end up greeting the doctor with a sour face and sweaty hands? I guess that all depends on which game(s) you get, and that's why I wanted to give you a heads up and let you know which of these Domo games are the most enjoyable."
NL writes: "Our week-long Domopalooza continues with a look at White-Water Domo, which finds our fuzzy, angular hero kayaking along a periodically-treacherous stream. As a single component in the larger cluster of Domo DSiWare titles, White-Water Domo doesn't do much to stand out, but neither does it do much wrong. In fact, "it doesn't do much" is about the best and worst thing to say about the game."
