Following the snatch of European publishing rights by Sony, European copies of the game on none-Sony formats have consequently been delayed into an unknown release period. The PS3 and PS2 versions of the game are due to arrive on the 19th June. Retail sources are now suggesting the game has a date on other formats including Xbox 360, Wii and PC, which will be 30th October. Quite a long wait indeed.

WTMG's Todd Eggleston: "Ghostbusters The Video Game is nostalgia done right, and puts you right back in 1984. It isn’t a masterpiece of a game, and neither was the movie, but it reminds us again that it is ok for entertainment to just be entertaining. It is a game that deserves to be remastered and remembered. And 35 years later, it also serves to remind us that a remaster doesn’t always need to be Fall Out Boy and Missy Elliott. Sometimes, Ray Parker Jr. is exactly who you need to call."

Non-Sony
Sure we might see the ocasional MGS4 but in the end, most if not all 3rd party games will go multiplatform eventually.
glad this article is up. I gotta go remove my preorder for this game and buy something worth owning. You wanna focus on the console with the worst game sales first go right ahead. I know there are plenty of other games worth the money and time i can buy isntead.
The 360 version gets more polish time, and will be the superior version.
Isn't that what the Sony fanboys always say? ;)
I just find it sad...or maybe hilarious...that Sony is banking so much on a 3rd party title, while leaving their "AAA exclusives" hanging out twisting in the wind, with no marketing. Very strange.
Real question is: will the USA 360 version be regionfree? I'll just import it then!
