IncGamers' Tim McDonald gives a blow-by-blow account of how the Microsoft E3 Conference went down, complete with opinions and over-the-top cynicism.
Alan Wake, from Max Payne and Control creator Remedy, is a horror classic, prompting one player to buy 4,000 copies that don’t even work.
Kind of a goody story...
On a serious note, that is why I try activating gift cards asap. It's happened to me where the store didnt scan it right where the card was unusuable. Happened at Wally World.
Usually most of those redemption card have an expiry date on them. If they expired all buyer did was buy recycled paper. And some of those codes are country locked to certain countries. I buy a card from the States I can't use it in Canada.
Dumb and silly story. She wasted her money for no reason.
Is it really that hard to go to Steam or GOG. She spent $240, when its currently 70% off on GOG, and only costs $4.49.
Gee, I wonder, should I spend $240 on eBay, or $4.49 on GOG? 🙄
So in short she paid $240.00 assuming usd for a bunch on unactivated game codes.
I still don't understand why I guess cause there's not a physical version and she wanted something for a collection or art project.
While there’s likely already a list behind closed doors, one can still speculate and offer logical suggestions for titles new and old that should find their way into the PlayStation and Switch libraries.
Some of these seem to be exclusive for lack of enthusiasm of the publisher rather than because of deals. A lot of cool indies skip ps for some reason like katana zero, el paso, elsewhere and gunbrela
They really think PlayStation fans would want to play Redfall? Pfft.
Personally nothing on that list would be any game I’d want to play.
I’d absolutely love Hellblade 2, Palworld, and Quantum Break on ps5 as I’m sure tons of others would too. There’s nothing wrong with wanting games from another console and its sad that people try to act like they aren’t interested in them.
Sunset Overdrive makes very good sense. Palworld might.
Don't know about the others. Hellblade II does make sense given the original launched on PS4 first. Quantum Break was a massive letdown for me. I absolutely hated the whole TV show thing and I don't think anyone should have to relive that on modern hardware.
While FFVII ranks highly, there's more to the series than one game. Here's Chit Hot's picks for the seven best Final Fantasy characters.
"E3 last year dulled our expectations sufficiently that the one this year is capable of really blowing our minds. Or, perhaps, maybe, possibly, Microsoft just hit this one out of the park."
Good to see MS outdid themselves again and that the media was impressed
Yeh this is a great article, really sums up the conference and the mood today. Good job!
'mircosoft has won' ? . . .um,Sony hasnt stepped up to the plate yet.but Im glad MSFT threw the punches it did.NOW,Sony can show me GT5,cuz Forza 3 is lookn sweet.Sony, dont dissapoint me,I want a GT for PSP,its the reason I got a psp,but I want GT5! Give me exclusives baby!
at least before reading the article, they said "complete with opinions and over the top cynicism." Obviously, we can't say anyone has won until all three first party conferences are over. So tomorrow at 4 P.M. Eastern when Sony's conference is over, we can tell who has 'won' this year's E3, even though in the end, both MS and Sony have great line-ups.
a bit of a premature announcement "win" if you ask me... sophomoric even. Reminds me of a 4 year old who does his little bit of show and tell and automatically crowns him or herself the winner, without looking left or right.
Don't you think there's a reason Sony went ahead and pre-announced most of their known exclusive titles for this year and next Mr. Tim McDonald? Could it be because Sony has a bit too much to announce this year that they had to pick and choose? Really now.
