Koei confirms PS3 exclusive action RPG Trinity: Souls of Zill O'll for US

Recently announced PS3 action RPG, Trinity: Zill O'll Zero, is heading overseas. Koei will publish the game here under the name Trinity: Souls of Zill O'll. The game is being developed by Omega Force, the same company that developed the Dynasty Warriors series, and is slated to come out in Japan this winter. A North American release date was not announced, but Trinity: Souls of Zill O'll will be shown in some form at E3.

Another action rpg? No thanks. Give me a turn based rpg or nothing at all. Why do you people like playing broken action games with rpg elements? If I play an action rpg its gonna be one that does it right like inFamous, God of War, and Oblivion.

Upgrades that can be somewhat influenced by the player hardly constitute a RPG. inFamous and the God of War series are great games but they are hardly RPGs.

Let me guess... you haven't played Demon's Souls yet have you? That game is a revelation. Anything that comes close is a must-play for me, and here's hoping Trinity pulls off something good.

Anyway, good on Koei for announcing this for America so quickly! I'm waiting for NISA to announce Atelier Rorona and Trinity Universe for the US.

I only found out about demon's souls like 2 weeks ago, and imported it straight away.

best game i have played in a long time,

every single mistake is punished severely,
But the rewards for success is well worth it
the overwhelming feeling of satisfaction and accomplishment when beating that impossible boss (which killed u in 5 secs the first time around) is what nails the game

Dunno mate-it's a vastly underrated game whatever else it mught be though and I do recommend it to anyone who hasn't given it a chance. I picked it up new for a fiver(well, for a tenner with The Darkness-another underrated game)and it's been as much fun as nearly every game I've bought at full price this gen.

If it isn't an action rpg I really have no idea what to call it! It aint turn based and that's a fact anyway. Good game though, good game(even the flicky, pully Sixaxis stuff feels tight). Ha, I forgot how much I enjoyed Folklore. Great bargain gaming and you never know they might do a seqiel if enough people do-I think I'll get the DLC for the extra quests now I'm in the mood! Cheers for putting that in me head spunnups!

my favorite is Dynasty Warriors series and Orochi series also Warship Gunner series! so i see Koei is making enjoyable games atleast for me and i bet i'm not alone (+ ^_^ +)
