Ghostbusters for Wii the right choice

Ya this game is one of those games you wanna play on every console just to see what exclusive content is on which system.
This is like the third movie so i expect the story to be ace.

cool and all but i will stick with the ps3 version with gb being a sony franchises the ps3 will most likely be the only console that gets dlc/exclusive content just like spider man 3

I hope they will keep the sixaxis feature in the PS3 version where you move your sixaxis and swing/move the ghost around.

I would not buy Ghostbusters for Wii but I would buy Resident Evil 5 on Wii

Wii and ps2 get a stylized version. Pretty much it's the same game only the ps3 and 360 gets the Next gen graphics and the other's get the cartoonish which isn't bad.

It was a good decision (imo) to go with the cartoony look rather than just downgrading the graphics the other systems are getting. The wii may not be capable of some of the things the other consoles can do, but a good art style should be able to overshadow that.

Unfortunately, all the other reason he mentioned (motion controls, etc) are precisely the reasons I wouldn't want this version. I guess the bottom line is the wii version is the version to buy for fans of the wii. For everyone else, namely those of us who think motion controls suck, it's probably going to be the worst version.

Fortunately there's plenty of room in the market for all three versions. Well, two versions if you count the fact that the 360/PS3 versions should be basically identical.

The wii version is 39.99 at release?? awesome.. makes this title that much more appealing on wii. I do like the idea of the wiimote and nunchuck ghost busting equipment. I'll still wait for reviews but my guess is all these casual wii owners probably wont. Esecially if they do advertise it like the 3rd movie. I would be a bit bothered by the cartoon look but i seem to remember the cartoon had ghosts that were every bit as messed up as any of the ghosts in the movie.

Plus... co-op campaign!
