BeefJack writes, "The TrackMania series has always had its place within my top ten racing games, and the amount of time I put into TrackMania Nations Forever when it was released is a tad embarrassing. Needless to say, when I was told that the arcade racer was heading to the Nintendo DS I was a bit excited. TrackMania is a game that is perfectly suited for translation to a mobile device, and TrackMania DS proves such a claim. TrackMania DS won't fulfill any wish for a realistic racer on the DS, but I wouldn't want it any other way. TrackMania DS is all about quick, fast-paced, and frenetic challenges which include tracks that look as if they came straight out of a Hot Wheels toy set with ramps, speed boosts, and loops all featured..."
