PSXE writes: So we all know that Hideo Kojima will reveal his new project at E3 in June, and we're anxiously anticipating the unveiling. However, it seems to be a commonly accepted theory that this new title will be made for both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Historically, Kojima has always sided with Sony's brand but he has admitted that he'd like to see his studio appeal more to the Western masses, and considering that, it would make sense to include the 360 in their future plans. But as we've said before that if a developer wishes to focus entirely on the PS3, they can make better strides (just look at the current and future PS3 exclusives), we have a question: if Kojima does a multiplatform game, will it fall short of the quality we saw in MGS4? Would he even allow that to happen?
Whether it's showcasing damage realistically or simulating fractures and conditions, these games are worth checking out.
The Metal Gear series has sold 60.2 million copies, as of September 2023.
...and yet, they couldn't give more respect and effort into the collection.
What a terrible company.
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is another rollercoaster of a game in the Metal Gear Solid series. Here's what to expect and why you need to experience it.
Amazing how bad this game looks already. We keep acting like this gen doesn't feel like an update but I think we're starting to see it.
The game started really strong in that hospital, but after a couple of hours I wondered if it was even an mgs game I was playing.
MS wont allow shoddy multiplayer when MGS finally hits the XBOX 360. It may be easier to just release it on netflix.
But I will still be getting it for PS3 because of the better controller. O.o
either way it will still come to PS3 why let a great game engine go to waste
hes not that dumb
MGS4 was huge a full blu ray or close to it. The game was one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of playing. So I don't wont to see MGS take a step backwards. so I think it should stay exclusive to the PS3.
If he wanted to sacrifice quality MGS4 would have been on the 360 as well in the first place. Let's just keep moving on forward now.
