Split-screen.com: "Some times, when watching nightmarish cinematic renditions of long-scripted, explicit torture like Saw or Hostel, it's enough to comfort to say, 'It's only a movie'. But when the torture is as implicit, as vilely penetrating into every aspect of all you hold sacred like Dragonball Evolution…and when you realize from the beginning that the cast and crew are serious, that what you're watching is some distillation, never mind how blackened and muddied, of Dragonball, is when that above saying will not be enough. Due for release in the US this April but released in Japan with - no joke - Japanese subtitles, this is the apocalypse of horrific adaptation proportions. This is the vindication all bad live action video game films like Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li needed, to know they are not alone and that a market exists if not in the public then at least in the fantasies of drug-addled Hollywood moguls for this bilge. Without further ado, welcome to Hell."
It has been years ever since the first MMORPG announced. Every year countless MMORPGs comes out. However, not all MMORPGs could meet the public successfully in the end. Many of them aborted in development phase or died from bad publishing. Today, I would love to look back at those transitory MMORPGs.
GamersBliss.com writes: "Metacritic has been around for quite a while now allowing the site to ‘keep score of entertainment’. So we decided to round-up some of the worst scores for each system. The platforms on this list will include: PS3, Xbox 360, Wii U, PC, Wii, 3DS, PSP, and the PS Vita. What qualifies the game to be on the list is that it must have the worst metascore on metacritic and it must be a retail box game. Lastly the list will be in descending order of the worst metascore to see what platform holds the worst game on metacritic. So let’s take a look at what is the unanimous worst of the worst in gaming, just don’t expect to see user scores on the list."
Because sometimes you just look at a game and have to ask yourself, “How did this get made? Who thought this was a good idea?”
Justin would have made a decent Yamchi at best and from what I've seen of when Goku goes Super Sayen, well lets just say the effects dept spent all the money on beer and porno. How is a yellow foam rubber hat supposed to convey to viewers that Goku just became one of the most powerful beings in the whole universe... a yellow foam rubber hat for hair.
When I saw Neo fly at the end of the Matrix, and and the T-8000 (the chick) from Terminator do here thing, as well as the latest movies from Marvel; I just knew this movie was coming sooner or later. Now I'm wishing it was later... and with an actual budget.
This could have been one of the best movie franchises to come out in the past decade, and they blew it. Hopefully in a few years, a real fan of the series will come along and make the Dragon Ball movie we've been waiting for. Something less cartoony and more realistic, much like the newest Batman movies... then DB will rock.
This looks just terrible. At least Speed Racer had good special effects...wow, I really don't know what to say about this. How they could so seriously ruin the Dragonball license? I know it's the people behind Final Destination (funny, in it's own unique way) but...Sigh, I just hope it gets a limited release when it releases worldwide. :'(
