The Rune Factory franchise is three for three, and its console debut is one that fans should really get behind. If a sequel comes around with more extravagant features (online co-op, MotionPlus support, real-time weather) and fixes some of the oddities found in this debut offering, Rune Factory could be one of the top franchises on Nintendo's console hands-down. As it stands right now, it's still a great package, and one of the deepest RPG's on the system thus far.

Overall -
Given that it is a spin-off of Harvest Moon, it isn’t surprising that romance is a part of Rune Factory. But what may catch someone off guard is how much the games offer. These titles offer lots of people they can spend time with, some of them showing how many different kinds of species live in this fantasy world. They are people who are capable at performing certain jobs and surviving against monsters. Their storylines also can be quite engaging and fun. Essentially, they can go above and beyond.

Mom ♥
You love her in spite of the fact that she couldn’t stick a 360 Indy Nosebone if her life depended on it and let’s not even mention her Kill/Death Ratio.
In honor of Mother’s Day, now is a great time to organize a list of fun and fair games that will appeal to the “Mom Gamer”.
my mums addicted to the casino in test drive unlimited 2, she even bought me a copy of the game so she had a friend to play it online with!
hope the autofire controller i got you for mothers day will help with the slots while you are away from home lol, love you mum! :p
My Mom plays games even though she says she's "not a gamer" - we're all "gamers" in one way or another. Whether it's playing the lotto or fragging noobs.
How does a game with the potential for over 100 hours of gameplay get only an 8.5 for lasting appeal? What would the game need to earn a 9?
That said, I may very well pick this up. I feel like this game might be totally neglected by Wii gamers in midst of the hype over MadWorld.
This game is badass, I'll take this over madworld. Not really into the gruesome.
I've put about 20+ hours into the game so far and I would have easily rated a 9.0 There is alot in this game and it all flows fairly well. There are a few things (like any game) that could be improved upon however, the bottom line is-the game is fun and very addicting. I choose this over madworld for the time being. I could have beat Madworld nearly five times by now for the time I have spent in Rune Factory!
