New Tales of Trailers Inbound at 09 Festival

:/ it seems possible, but MS and namco have a great relationship now, so the next tales is most likely on the wii or the 360. Seriously doubt itll be on the ps3.

@- Ghost of Sparta -: IIRC, that was when Famitsu was theorizing that a PS3 Tales of (or a port of Vesperia) would be revealed at that press confrence last summer.

Hopefully this game will see the light of the Ps3 I liked Tales for the 360 but PS3 needs a good solid RPG till White Knight comes out.

Theres one for the Wii. There might be 1 for the PS3 and 1 for the X360 again. Last week one of the Reps in Japan said that MS had more games that were going to be revealed futher in the year.

A Tales of Festival? Is that an event dedicated to Tales of games? Maybe they'll announce a PS3 version of Vesperia. A man can dream...

Yep. It's basically a event for the fans (like those Pokemon parks that pop up in Japan every so often), but this one had interviews and skits from the Japanese voice actors, as well as merchandise and getting to see videos of new stuff.

This year also has two of the groups that have done the theme songs for Symphonia/Tempest/Dawn of the New World and Radiant Mythology 2.

My guess is their gonna show that new tales games being developed for the Wii. Then again it would be nice to see another tales of game make it's way to the 360.^_^

Hmm, I'm reckoning a ToV PS3 announcement, and a new Tales game for 360/PS3 and one for Wii. Possibly a DS one too.

Nope. ToV is only on 360, and this was the PS3 new game that was discussed at E3. Read up on it.

If it turns out Tales of 10/Ten is being done by the Hearts team, it's a good bet Team Symphonia is doing another HD Tales, although with Vesperia started right after Abyss was finished, it might be a year or so before it gets officially revealed (like at Jump Festa, which was how Vesperia got announced).

Might take less time, considering they already know their way around the 360's hardware now. They probably developed dev tools as they were working on it.

If they do announce a Tales of game for PS3 then I hope it's not Vesperia because that game sucked. One of the worst Tales of games ever (if not THE worst ever).

Don't worry it is, why do people not remember Namco saying there were two games in development, 360 and PS3. This is the PS3 game that was talked about.

splatterhouse & Dead To Rights. If their is a new tales game coming I don't think it's gonna be a multiplatform game. Namco never had a multiplat tales of game(outside of japan anyways) I don't think their gonna start now.

Vesperia was the 360 Tales of, this one is for PS3... When I said 360 and PS3, I meant both would have their own Tales of games not a multiplatform title. Which it was confirmed at an E3 press for Namco each would have their own Tales of title. PS3 is slowly getting RPGs which is good.

I played Dead to Rights and I did not like it I hope if anything its an announcement for a new Xenosaga game for the PS3

I'd faint if they announced a new Xenosaga game or new a Xeno series of games. Although that possibility seems highly unlikely.

Especially since Nintendo owns quite a bit of share in Monolith now.
