Videogamer writes: "Enchanted Folk is a life-simulation game that lets you attend a magical school. After designing your character and naming your college, you'll be free to explore the local area. There are lessons to attend, friends to make and mysteries to solve. Players will also have to earn money by fishing or collecting items to sell. This cash can then be used to buy clothes, spell ingredients and decorations for your dorm room. The ultimate goal is to become the world's greatest wizard by learning every spell and investigating all the game's secrets. Enchanted Folk is extremely similar to Animal Crossing, although it does offer a few more things to do."
Every form of entertainment has some products that fall into the “guilty pleasure” category, and gaming's no exception. Whether they're so-bad-they're-good, or games with some sort of hilarious flaw, or cheesy cult classics, or just the sort of thing you wouldn't want anyone to catch you playing, what follows is a list of ten games that you should definitely play – just maybe not for the reasons the developers hoped.
Clicked on it for the bewbs, but it was a really good read actually.
Just like Playboy back in the day...
Now that Hayashi has taken over expect DOAX3 to feature only the guys and all of the mini-games will be removed. Also, DLC volleyball colors.
Onechanabara: Bikini Samurai Squad. I'll admit I bought it just because of the opening cut-scene with Aya putting on her panties.
Eurogamer Writes:
"Enchanted Folk and the School of Wizardry is Animal Crossing for people who like Harry Potter. As you've probably guessed it features very little in the way of prostitution or drug dealing, and there's nothing here for those firmly in the GTA camp. But if you're into catching fish and buying furniture, and have played Animal Crossing so much you've actually paid off your mortgage, this is a decent alternative."
Enchanted Folk And The School Of Wizardry is a rather unique take on the virtual life genre that sees players enrolled as students in a magical boarding school. If that sounds vaguely familiar, that's probably because Enchanted Folk is essentially Animal Crossing meets Harry Potter.
