NowGamer: Puzzle Quest: Galactrix Review

NowGamer:

"Difficulty-wise, the game ramps up suitably steadily, though it takes no prisoners from the start and expects you to keep up, soon shaving precious seconds off hacking tasks and keeping each new enemy rougly on a par with your own levels and experience. The AI progresses pretty abley too, making increasingly logical and speedy decisions in a battle, and only making the occasionally ludicrous choice like choosing the mine combo that will hit you for six damage points rather than 20. While the new tiles, which, for the first tme in this game, reappear from outside the edges of the hexagonal board after every successful turn, can occasionally prove game breaking in their randomly-generated nature (a punishing combination of mines may fall into your enemy's lap at basically any moment), the process works both ways, and will cause exhilaration just as often as annihilation."
