It's a shame Thrill Kill was never released. It was actually a fun game and nowhere near as gory, as a lot of people claimed it to be. I think it had more to do with sexual stuff, some of the characters were doing, instead of the gore.
Thrill Kill was later re-made into a Wu-tang Clan fighting game.
Where is Ninja Gaiden II? That has quite a bit of blood and the enemies bodies (and limbs) "never" disappear. Honorable mention perhaps...
