No new dungeons for Lotro

The work of J.R.R Tolkien is as popular as ever, the second movie in the trilogy involving our favorite “burglerobbit” Bilbo Baggins, had its premiere in the middle of December, and the MMORPG LotRO, based on the world of Middle-earth are still going strong. Though, during a recent event, Community Manager Rick Heaton confirmed that they will not release any new dungeons or raids in the near future.

The Lord of the Rings Online Launches on Mac

Turbine today announced the launch of beta client for The Lord of the Rings Online for Mac. Mac users in Europe can play the award-winning free-to-play massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) on Mac starting from today, including the recently released Riders of Rohan expansion.
