IGN: Ski and Shoot Review

Ski and Shoot is a fun game, but it's not for everyone. Races can easily last up to fifteen minutes and you will have to stroke with your arms nearly the entire time. A more stylistic approach might have appealed to a broader Wii crowd where the game's actual attempt at reality style falls short. Controls are solid and you can really feel a difference as you uprgrade you character stats. All in all Ski and Shoot is a well controlled idea stuck in a stylistically impaired package.

But there are more obscure sports out there, and for the most part, the winter events typically aren't a major focal point of attention, which is why skiing games can't be considered 'blockbusters.'"
