Apparently the Xbox 360 and PS3 X-Blades box art are different? NSFW, even, someone somewhere said. We can't tell, there's got to be something.
Please, please help Kotaku get to the bottom of this. We'd like to crack this case. Cheeky of us to ask, I know.
NoobFeed writes "The problem arises when the games themselves become demeaning or just downright cruel to those who aren't being marketed to."
Why does this stuff get approved on N4G? Hmmmmmm... Probably because there are too many horny nerds on this site that like to masturbate to this shit!
Hardcore Gamer: The third Reboot bundle is now available, and while it lacks anything involving the early'00s CG show, it does contain some games for a minimal fee. For the first 48 hours of the deal, so until Wednesday, you can get Rune Classic, X Blades, Hoard Complete Pack, Ion Assault, Knights and Merchants, and Planets Under Attack for only $2.
By relooking X-Blades' heroine, Konami has taken the risk to give a follow-up to a very average game. [...] Good ideas are there but they are not mastered, and BoT misses the mark both in terms of art direction and game world. Even though the gameplay is pretty dynamic, it's quite simplistic and the introduction of returns in time is not sophisticated enough to breathe new life to the action. That's unfortunate, because the heroine deserved better.
PROS: Costs 30 Euros, pretty dynamic, returns in time add originality
CONS: Strikes lack impact, returns in time not fleshed out enough, dodgy art direction, Ayumi just won't shut up
Sounds about accurate. But I enjoyed it for whatever it was worth. Plus I just couldn't help but be wowed by her strut when I tilted the LS slightly upwards.
Hmm panties.
good thing too cause i doubt this game has anything more to offer than the tease on the box...
I know it... the lighting is brighter on the PS3 version :D
The Jap PS3 version can be played on any PS3 console in the world due to being region free. So this could be seen on western shores.
The Jap 360 version cover will probably only remain in Japan due to stuff like that being exceptable on shelves over there, and 360 games have specific regions (NTSC/PAL) but I think the US and EU cover will change due to Ubi being friendly family and a household name everywhere else.
Over all, the 'sex sells' principle.
Also, I actually forgot about this game.
LOL like the comparison vids, nothing much to see here
