Actually, it has NOTHING to do with Bioware. The developers of Braid wanted to release a free theme but Microsoft forced them to add a price to it. They were pretty pissed about it. I guess Microsoft just wanted to do SOMETHING positive as opposed to being complete douche bags all the time.

I only played the story, but 3 times during that 8 hours or so I had game-stopping glitches. I've never had more than 1 occur in any other game. That is ridiculous. It should never have been released like that.
I do mean to go back to it, but memories of waiting in elevators and decontamination chambers is putting me off. When I think of Mass Effect I can only think of waiting, and waiting, and f*cking waiting some more. I understand they fixed this for the PC version, so I assume that will translate to ME2.

Played it. Loved it. Never had any glitches UNTIL I installed it. I thought maybe the textures might load faster, less pop-in, but wound up getting some poly smearing and tearing and sections that just never wanted to render.

Definitely recommend playing this off the disc. Definitely will be buying this edition. God, the music!

The first rumors comes from the OPM UK, than Gamespot, than Gamesradar; Hiphopgamer, Patcher predicted it and some more sources said this i believe, But they are all rumors for now

im not so sure that ME 1 will be coming to the PS3 since ME2 is just about around the corner, its a little late dont you think? Unless they decide to release ME1 PS3 while Xbox gets ME2... which is weird but what ever floats their boat. But who knows ME2 probably and is most likely coming to the PS3 anyway.

@balrog: I don't think you understand the point of the port, why do you think Bioshock came out on the PS3? the point was not only the sales, the point is so they can set up the eventual multi plat Bioshock 2, this way PS3 owners have a way to play the 1st game (renting or buying) so when the 2nd one comes out, they have more customers aware of what the game is. Same thing for Mass Effect, again, I'm just saying if ME2 is coming to PS3, I'm sure the 1st one will hit it too.

Mass Effect amazed me...I hated RPG's, I hated wandering, listening to dialog etc...but with Mass Effect I gave it it's chance and it totally blew me away. It was fun as hell, and had a great story to go with it. One of the best games I've ever played.

Loved this game yeah had it's faults (more variety in planets/structures would be welcomed by me) but otherwise a very good game. Just waiting for ME 2 to arrive now to continue the story. This deal is good for those looking to take the plunge now.

Lol, looked at this on My Iphone and all it showed was Mass Effect Two.... I was misled. Oh well still a great game,and anawesome deal. This is definitely a game that got thrown under the bus by Halo 3 and Call of duty 4. If you don't have it I highly suggest you pick this up.

I am one of the few people in the free world..that personally disliked ME..It was not as great as everyone claimed it to be...I preferred Bioshock, Fallout 3 or even Fable II(which is at best mediocre)
