Championship Foosball is a less than meager offering. The choice to approach foosball from a realistic perspective hurts the experience. A more arcade like style of play (matching the music) would have probably made the game more interesting. While the motion controls may seem neat on paper, their inaccurate registration makes players quickly swap to the face button format. Who knows, maybe a top notch foosball game is in the works for Wii motion plus? Until that day however, it's best to forget about Championship Foosball. Instead, why not read a book?
