The PlayStation 3 is "still in its early adopter phase", Sony has claimed, despite the console being out for over two years.

The PS3 has not even been out 2 years in Europe so I think it is safe to say that it is still very much in the early adopter phase of its life cycle.
Replace "still" with "stuck" and the headline would be more accurate imo.
In the same way that Home still is in beta? Sounds like a weak excuse for poor sales.
