I'm not the biggest fan of the new armor either, to be fair. I'm surprised there's not a transmog system so that you can individually pick the style and perk you want. I don't want to sacrifice my style!

It's not the best look, but it's aesthetically pleasing enough.

I think they want a slow natural progression. So far the cutting edge armor set looks pretty cool imo

I really wish they would revert shields back to the way they were. It makes me not want to play the game anymore getting constantly poisoned or 1 shot vomit.

But don't you like the changes ? see me personally loving the idea of it in a years time take the flame thrower it was a joke weapon it killed more helldivers than bugs but just a slight tweek makes it addictive as

The studio is riding a wave of deserved success take suicide squad or skull and bones alongside helldivers which game do you think will be still running servers in a years time ?

I'm glad that weapons were diversified but I don't agree with the nerfs made. The breaker didn't need a nerf and the railgun was overnerfed. My main issue is with the personal shield being near useless. In the first game it behaved nearly exactly the same as the sequel pre-nerf and now you can get 1 shotted or killed in less than a second. The sequel is a much harder game than the first and it has significantly worse balance.

I don't understand why they couldn't make one of the sets Heavy Armor (even if heavy armor isn't worth it right now. You have one light suit, and the other two are mediums, with the same passive effect, so functionally the two are identical.
