After a long period of peace, Helldivers 2 players have discovered the true enemy is the server issues the game is facing right now.
Helldivers 2 players question the developers' decision to give an enemy an unlimited amount of rockets. Should they nerf Rocket Devastators?
OMG breaking news, something in a video game is unrealistic. We need to stop this madness.
A Helldivers 2 developer has confirmed that the Arrowhead CEO is pushing for more weapon balancing. Many meetings have been taking place.
Should you return to the game? A returning player united the Helldivers 2 community. AH CEO supports the fans' mission for a better patch.
Saw this coming since the first nerf to the meta. Anyone that had any sense and wasn't a fan boy knew this was gona happen. Knee jerk reaction nerfs to the meta made the game boring.
Matchmaking has been hit or miss as well. From quick play and SOS beacons going unanswered, to not seeing lobbies on the war table. I mostly play with randoms, so I need that global map functioning.
Its annoying, bought it, couldnt join a matchmaking game all day, now today its apparently better but I'm getting server capacity issues.
I get that the game is a lot more popular than they expected. But if Palworld could sustain 2-3 million users, Sony has no excuse for not being able to handle a 1/4 as many players. At this point there shouldn't be nearly as much trouble trying to play the game.
Surprised how many people giving this game a pass for its issues. I guess because it isn't a big name publisher, but buying a game like this only to not be allowed to Play a solo game because servers are down or overloaded is unacceptable from any game. Always online always sucks regardless of the size of the developer. I could even possibly give the always online crap a pass if I could even play a solo game with the servers down but nope.
I'm not that upset tbh, A 5600% increase in popularity over the last game.
When the game works it's brilliant, when other games have issues or have patchday meltdowns what do you think works? The "microtransaction" store.
I do think they should stop advertising though lol 1hr Q Sunday night was Interesting
