Silent Hill: The Short Message is a true Silent Hill game that delves head first into psychological horror.
The writing and characters are so horribly done, especially given the subject matter. It’s fine to tackle suicide in a game, but this ain’t it.
Gary Green writes: Silent Hill is a series that has now become famous for its ups and downs. While I could pick the whole series apart game by game, we’ll skip ahead and say the last few games didn’t exactly set the world on fire. However, Silent Hill was long overdue for a revival, a revival originally helmed by Konami veteran Hideo Kojima of Metal Gear Solid fame, yet this wasn’t to be.

Why do you "try" ? You don't like it you move on. It's just a videogame.
should be the first indicator if you are "trying hard" to like something, that its maybe not for you ha.
Silent Hill is over with. Hideo & Guillermo could've brought it right back. But that was not to be, unforunately.
