This one will take some extra calibration as moving and combat was an adjustment as was reloading and finding guns and clips but the potential for greatness is there.
On your road to surviving the zombie apocalypse, here's a beginner's guide to Vertigo Games' Arizona Sunshine 2.
I bought this last week in the sale but I was so sick after playing it for 30 minutes. Suppose it was good that I was physically sick as after throwing up it only took another 30 mins to feel better. Where as usually it takes me a little longer to feel sick from VR but I’m not usually physically sick but I’ll usually feel awful for about 4-8 hours after.
Also Arizona Sunshine 2 free update released, new details on Soul Covenant, plans for PC support in 2024.
I'll be interested to learn more about their PC support. Are they planning on porting some of their games over to PC to allow people to use the headset there? Or are they going to just open it up to allow us to run Steam VR games on it? If it's the latter, then they will lose out on a ton of software sales going this route.
I guess we will know more later in the year.
PC support? Wow I was wrong about this one. I didn't expect Sony to go down this route. I guess, like controllers, they're making enough profit on these to just sell it for the hardware vs. it being a "platform".
Anyway, I'm stoked as I have Steam VR games I own and haven't been able to play since I sold my Rift S.
Embracer announced its financial results for Q4 while boasting about laying off many developers and hinting that more will be affected.
They done f’d up.
Bought a ton of studios but have little operating income to keep these studios open and projects running. Never rely on a deal that’s not finalized.
They made the biggest mistake that you can make by counting on that deal going through.
I tell my kids all the time especially my teenage daughter never rely on money that’s suppose to come in the future.
Make sure you have it before spending it. Make sure it won’t hurt you if you do spend it.
But they made such basic mistakes that companies should know not to make and they have hurt a lot of peoples lives that depended on these jobs. They could have let someone else acquire these studios that they are ruining. I’m sure they are trying to sell some of them but they are going to get fleeced if they do. Everyone knows they are in shitty position of weakness
Whoo, I am part of a statistic. I'm making sure not to apply to any studio under Embracer, for now.
This is the worst gameplay video I've seen posted here.
The game is amazing, this kid makes this game look terrible.
