Hahaha that last bit cracked me up cuz I was ready ur comment all serious and didnt expect the last bit.

Jigga69204d ago

You didn't know ? Spencer said if they have not 100M subscribers to gamepass in 2027, they will leave the consoles industry : https://www.gamingbible.com...

And 100M is not happening lol.

S2Killinit204d ago

100 MILLION?!? They are at 25 million subscribers. Even Sony is at 50 Million mark subscribers. There is no way they can reach that.

But this whole thing is MS bs. As always they lie right through the teeth.

Oh wow I thought for sure if Xbox was to outsell the ps5 in just one single month this year it would be September with the release of Starfield and Forza.

Playstation brand name alone is just to powerful.

Shane Kim204d ago (Edited 204d ago )

In many countries the word Playstation is equivalent to game console.

RpgSama204d ago (Edited 204d ago )

I mean, Phil Spencer did say that it did not matter if Starfield reviewed 11/10,

He was right and truthfully for a change, LOL

Aloymetal204d ago

Yes sir! I keep saying it, the brand is just too strong around the globe and their huge loyal fanbase know that sooner or later PS will deliver each and every gen.

Sonic1881204d ago

Playstation is a bigger trademark worldwide.

Crows90204d ago

Brand name is only as powerful as what it represents

Gamingsince1981204d ago

Exactly , that's why xbox is seen as trash tier to most gamers.

outsider1624204d ago

If that were to happen, you can be sure certain people here are gonna be screaming on top of the building how Xbox is back.

WOW, i really thought with Starfield Xbox would have been up YOY, the fact they are down 35% from last year when they released sod all really is a massive shock.

And October will surely be a bloodbath with Spidey 2 coming, massive hardware and software sales incoming.

Hofstaderman204d ago

Not even ABK acquisition will change this....almost feel sorry for Phil.....almost.

Gamingsince1981204d ago

I dont even feel close to bad for him, the guys smug face and how he just lies all the time, the guy is the human equivalent of bath scum

Review - Tales of Kenzera: Zau (PS5) | WayTooManyGames

WTMG's Jordan Hawes: "Tales of Kenzera: Zau is a great concept that was clearly pushed forward by a good writer and storyteller. There is a deep narrative here that I enjoyed and it really carries the whole package here. While it starts out as a fairly simple, run-of-the-mill metroidvania gameplay wise, it is unfortunately brought way down by its lack of polish and design. Too often I felt like I was fighting the game itself instead of actually enjoying a good challenge. While the story shines bright, its enjoyment is diminished by its frustrating gameplay design."

Review - Sker Ritual (Xbox Series X) | WayTooManyGames

WTMG's Aaron Price: "Overall, Sker Ritual was a lot more of what I wanted and way more than I could have expected from it. Is this going to be a Call of Duty: Zombies killer? Maybe not as of now, but it’s clearly a really good step in the right direction, as that series simply doesn’t care about having to improve anymore. Even though it’s completely different from its predecessor, Sker Ritual is a pleasant surprise, a well-polished game, and something I definitely plan to continue returning to often, especially if there are any big content updates in the future."
