Does Assassin's Creed Mirage Really Go Back To Its Roots?

Does Assassin’s Creed Mirage return to the series’ strengths or is that just lip service?

I prefer the open world style of AC. The old games are far too repetitive. Yes I know the open world AC games can be repetitive and bloated but to me it’s just more value over the original style.

People waste a lot of time writing useless articles lol yes, it does to a certain extent but it doesn’t obviously have the same engine or gameplay or parkour. That’s that.

It does in the way it is structured. Everything is from the previous three games. A good mix of old and new.

Assassin's Creed Mirage appears to be a return to the series' strengths. While only time will tell if this new title can truly recapture the magic of Assassin's Creed, it certainly looks like Ubisoft is doing everything they can to give players what they want.

From what I've seen not by much

I was going to get it but I assumed it had nothing to do with the newer ones only to see the main guy is from Valhalla, why not a new main character?

Also I saw that you can literally do a "Blink" like attack where he'll teleport up to a target and can kill them, basically something you'd see in Dishonored / Deathloop. Why have they got super powers now?

The franchise needs a reboot.
