VGChartz's Evan Norris: "Gunbrella is a great name, but not a great game. It never realizes its full potential as an action-platformer, even as it succeeds in controls, atmosphere, and moral decision-making. In order to do so, it needs more: more platforming set pieces, more side quests, more to see and explore. Hopefully, Doinksoft can accomplish that in a sequel. The grimdark, allegorical setting and gunbrella mechanics deserve a second chance to shine."
Exophase: "By adding interesting characters, high stakes scenarios, and a noir-themed world, Gunbrella sucks you into its magnificent shoot ‘em up adventure."
The latest EDGE review scores include Starfield, Mortal Kombat 1, Cocoon, Lies of P, and more.
Starfield – 6…..ouch!
Cocoon – 9…..great score.
Sea of Stars – 7…..expected higher.
Wondering how long it will take Starfield to become the 'must play' game. Would love to have them deliver on the hype by December.
I'm starting to see a pattern with these edge review scores
Starfield – 6
Crackdown 3 – 5
Gears 5 – 6
Redfall - 6
