Has potential. Graphics are meh and the MC voice isn't great (the whole thing is a little 'too on the nose' stereotypical for me for voices), but gameplay could be good if it has good combat and fun environmental elements to utilize.
Fair enough I suppose...From my point of view though, the devs are doing what they love, and the game is "different", and they are open to improvements. In other words, people should give the game a chance at least.
I saw some gameplay. Doesn't look bad. It's a bit walled off gameplay scenarios, but it has a strong core of parry, riposte, environmental effects. Still not a fan of the VO, but that's subjective.
En Garde! is a game which invokes the spirit of Zorro in the best way.
