He is a big Xbox Ambassador and doesn't even chat on Xbox these days. He was probably targeted by a random reporting him and system is probably using non-human means and not human to check accuracy.

I've been warned or almost banned on Facebook for things that aren't even against the rules, and that's not even an uncommon issue (whereas it can be hard to get something done about actually rule violations). Unfortunately that kind of thing will just be more common in the future and it'll be hard to prevent, that, and some people are just jerks.

Well, can't play GTA V on your Xbox and you'll have to delete any screenshots or videos saved from the game. Can't play any shooter games either because of all the gun violence. Can't play any games that have cursing. Baldur's Gate 3 is a no go because of all the sexual content. Looks like it's only solitaire or uno left to play on Xbox if you want to avoid the ban hammer and don't use voice chat or messaging because Xbox may ban you for saying "Hi" to someone. They'll assume your talking about doing drugs and ban you. Thanks Xbox for making it easier to never buy your consoles ever again.

Personally, even when I do play online, I often only allow chat from my gaming friends, instead of randoms, it's just less hassle (and generally more pleasant), although annoying in team based games.

A picture of a hammer as an achievement. If Microsoft is suspending and banning for that reason I am not getting an XBox now. Even though Microsoft and Playstation are plagued with people who report for the dumbest things even if you didn't break a rule. I am still not grabbing an Xbox because of this you would be better off to remove the broken strike system. You can mute certain players, you can block certain players, you can drop certain players from your friends list.

It's a picture from a game they sold on their console. If they don't like that type of content, go be like Nintendo, from way back taking the blood and fatalities out of Mortal Kombat. Don't sell M rated games. And what now, streamers can't stream from their Xbox games that may have inappropriate content. What's inappropriate? Football is a violent game. Halo has you killing aliens. GTA has strip clubs. Gears is very gory. Starfield has guns. CoD enables people to live out their terrorist fantasies ala MW2's "No Russian" mission. Xbox need s to realize what they're banning is their customers ability to use the products they sell. This isn't an issue of someone getting verbally harrased online. This is about an 8 year old picture that was taken from a game they sell. Stop selling it if it's a problem then. It seems crazy to me that Xbox sells you a console and then gets upset that you used it, then they disable your ability to use the console you bought from them.

It seems like Microsoft does investigate things to avoid false positives to see if there is fire where there is smoke. Welcome to a changing world where parents are a lot more protective of their kids and even kids stand up for other kids to prevent bullying, they won't put up with it. If a teenager can do, so can a grown man.

Every time you get online, you have to realize you're not just playing with adults, especially if you're playing Halo, apparently which confuses me and 8 year-old is playing and M-rated game but, there needs to be more of a respect.

I'm actually happy to see responses by so many that say: SOCIAL STATUS IS NO EXCUSE. Nobody is above the law. You'd be mad if a cop pulled a vehicle over and found out the Chief of Police or Sheriff was driving the vehicle and was drunk and the cop let's him go, you're not going to see that because the cop that lets him go is just as guilty and loses his job, NOBODY is above the law and everyone is subjected to it. Once you starting chosing favorites, you set that precedent. If you have social status, that's all the reason to be more of a positive example. Ball players recognize this. Shaq or Cena or Jordan all had game, and they use that to generate more positivity and motivate those that idolize them for good, it's a real thing, this guy shouldn't gripe. Own it and do better in two days. If you have that many people following and recognize you, well, shucks, you've got a lot more responsibility now dont ya so, own it rather than complaining and do something positive with your social status instead of actin the fool
