The Turok series has been languishing without a new title for more than a decade. It's about time we got a reboot.

Popularized by Doom in 1993 and still making video game haters gnash their teeth today, first-person shooter games are the best thing to happen to gamers since pizza rolls. So here are 15 underrated first-person shooter games you may have missed.
Although the late 2000s Turok wasn't my favorite, I would love a new entry. Open world survival with shotguns and dinosaurs. Not sure how we'd get the fusion cannon, but that would be pretty sweet too.
Lol
All of these games are pretty much universally praised. Outside of Timeshift I literally own all of these.
XIII, The Darkness 2, Far Cry: Blood Dragon, Timesplitters: future perfect, Bulletstorm are awesome games
WayTooManyGames' Leo Faria: "That’s the shocking part about revisiting Turok: Evolution after all these years. I expected a lot worse. It wasn’t entirely bad. Without a doubt, the worst “classic” Turok, but one that still feels legitimately like a Turok game, unlike the reboot released a few years later. It clearly feels rushed and incomplete, but signs of Iguana’s talent are present throughout the game. Will Nightdive Studios ever decide to bring this bad boy back from the dead? Considering they’re not even willing to remaster Shadow of Oblivion, an actually good Turok title which absolutely deserves some extra love, I highly doubt it. Honestly though, I think Turok: Evolution deserves a second chance, if you’re curious about the franchise. As long as you ignore the dumb-as-hell storyline and its insane loading times, you’re in for some mindless fun."
I'm all for it, I loved the originals... I just don't think, just like w the original Prey, that the main character can survive in this current political climate. Native characters seem untouchable at the moment. I think it can be shown the right respect, but there's always someone getting upset about something these days, they would find a way to cancel it.
Honestly, I would prefer if they just ported/remastered Turok 3: Shadow of Oblivion to modern platforms. So we could have access to the "original 3 games". Because I don't see how to really reboot Turok. It's a product of its time being a mixture of platforming/fps and puzzle.
And I really don't see all those elements being preserved on a Reboot.
I would prefer Dino Crisis remake from Capcom. Still, a remade Turok would get my attention.
Forgets about the 2008 reboot*
I'd rather have a sequel to Turok 3, tbh.
We unfortunately do not have enough quality dino games. Theres Horizon but they're robots, and Monster Hunter that I can only think of. I'd like to see Turok make a comeback some day.
