A commercial & creative necessity for MMOs way back when is now a commonality everywhere. And there's great incentive behind it too; generally speaking, who wouldn't want to have the gameplay skeleton of their favorite titles utilized to explore new storylines and locations? In 2023, this comes with a cost for last-gen-only gamers in the form of Horizon Forbidden West and Cyberpunk 2077. Despite both titles having 8th-gen versions at their respective launches, Guerrilla Games and CD Projekt RED decided to forego the technologically-constraining PS4 and/or Xbox One consoles to fully realize their creative visions.
While that doesn't tell the full story of these four finalists, it's an intriguing factoid that marks 2023 as a turning point in cementing future titles or DLCs for only this current generation... and maybe Switch."

Even though it was a remake, Separate Ways was a great slice of DLC for me.
The RE4VR update also phenomenal.

I'm not going to lie. After a few dozen car chases I just set it to automatic. Same with QTE's. Between Amazing 1 & 2 plus Marvels 1, Miles & now 2. I'm over those segments.
Would be nice to have games implement an "epilepsy guard" setting for gamers with epilepsy.

I would not call 88 underrated. But yeah, If BoTW/ER are 96/95, i would put Horizon at least on 90 Mark.
This DLC is a 10 out of 10, or at the very least at strong nine. The sevens and eights from the usual suspects review sites are straight up bullsh*t.
The graphics are completely unparalleled on console. The £15 Is superb value for money. The gameplay is tremendous fun. The title adds a plethora of additional content. The level of sheen, polish & quality on display here is absolutely mind-blowing.
My only minor gripes is the story has an overabundance of woke pandering nonsense.
