If you enjoyed Rush of Blood, this is more of the same and you will enjoy it. Is it scary? Not usually, although there are some jump scares here or there or different scenes which might be more creepy than others.
gun play feels solid and tracking feels good. The use of eye tracking for the blink mechanics is a really fun addition.
Not a scary game. But it is a fun game. I think rush of blood was better though.
