Last of Us Part 2 has actually 54 perfect scores (which is the highest count of any game ever) with less reviews.
Only reason total score is "low" is beacuse of those click bait reviews, that most likely will find it's way here aswell.

I wouldn't say SMS is the new Naughty Dog. SMS always got great scores on MC. SMS is however on par with other great studios from Sony, like ND and Insomniac.

A very, very long time ago I commented on this lovely site after God of War Ascension released and suggested that the series needed to reinvent itself and possibly embrace Norse Mythology. I was told that would never work with God of War and it would ruin the series.

My only critism of the 2018 masterpiece was the lack of boss battles, according to Push Squares review they say.
