Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Shredder's Revenge does support crossplay, but only between the PC and Xbox versions. Not so much for consoles.

Considering MS releases their games on Steam and Windows store, this seems like them pushing for the extra crossplay feature.

That is the only explanation I can think of for why it would work everywhere on PC, EXCEPT for the Epic store. This also can't be Sony going back to their anti crossplay ways, because Nintendo is also not included.
