If the sequel sold 15 million or 19.9 million, that's still a success. Do you mention these same things with Nintendo and Microsoft? Or you're just doing the usual?

I thought it was a mfg bundle? Usually those include the game at no extra cost where as retailer bundles (like ones made by gamestop) charge you for the game and any other add-ins they throw in the mix. I know I paid for CoD with mine from gamestop even though I didnt want it.

I know the Halo infinite special edition series x includes the game but I figured you paid more because it was a special themed system, not just because of the included game.

It's kinda in-between. It's priced $50 above the MSRP for the console, so you aren't getting it free, but you also aren't paying the full $80 for it.

I think since it's a 1st party game Sony has way more wiggle room. And most games make their biggest profit in initial 30-60 days so now even at $50 is considered good I am guessing

And down the road I am sure we will see it again launch on PC near this price point

Talking about beautiful, the latest patch is just amazing, the game is looking gorgeous, more than ever. Guerilla did an amazing job and the fact that they couldn't go all out with the ps5 because of the ps4 says a lot.

Of course. Getting a ps5 with hzd2... Well. Jackpot. What better way to start next Gen. But I believe if it was bundle with any game the end result would be the same. Gamers just want to get the console.

Halfway thru the game. I wasnt sure they could out-do the story/plot of the first but they deeeefintely have so far.

If I remember correctly you said you were waiting for them to improve the game so let me tell you, with this new update the game runs like a dream and the overhauled they did with the AA is amazing, they also tackled the pop in. The visuals are jaw-dropping. Great time to jump in if you haven't already unless you're waiting for a sale.

I worked at EB/Gamestop for many years and Xbox had promotions like buy Tomb Raider get Halo 4 'Free' and tons of 'Free' Gears games to inflate numbers. This bundle you're still paying for the game so it's not inflating anything
