I knew it! Yeeeeeaaaah boooyeee!! In my best Flavor Flav voice.

PSVR 2 is going to smash. Hopefully Lumens and Nanite become compatible in the future.

Things are going to get real. Like UNREAL.

Just another detail showing that VR is about to leap FAR closer towards 'bang up to date' gaming, including visuals.

To anybody sleeping on PS VR2; your alarm is going off!

This really is gonna be something special.

Really keen to see what's going to launch with PSVR 2. I'm sure Res Evil 8 is going to be there - 7 is still the defacto best overall VR experience outside of Half life.

The limit of ps5's in homes will be a limit to how many people can get their hands on it but considering the chip shortages still effecting everything - it probably won't effect demand greatly.

I remember reading years ago that the og PSVR had the most units sold of all the "proper" Vr hardware but surely thats not been the case for some time?

Oculus being standalone likely has surpassed it. Mobile vs home console.

the Quest family has sold 10s of millions. No offense to PSVR but it hasn't come close to their numbers.

Before the quest 2. PSVR was the number one selling VR headset. Beating The rift and Vive.

But since quest 2 has come out. It's outsold the PSVR and rightfully so.

I'm sure the Quest 1 sold more as well. You have to remember how accessible those headsets have always been.

As an early adopter of Everything VR from Oculus to Index to PSVR I can say that the future of entertanment lays in the immersive experience that these device put us into. Excited on what Epic is going to create with PSVR 2 !!

The cool thing is how fast you can develop a game if you're familiar with unreal. Wish this was around 20-30 years ago when I thought about being a developer.

The speed is crazy. Creating characters and scanning objects basically gives anyone a lower barrier to make something compared to having to spend millions of dollars creating all those assets.

Even indie companies can make something on the level of AAA developers with enough time and effort. Can't wait to see imaginations run wild. And VR taking advantage of it.
