The game is very hard to control the cars so will take some learning but here is a look at the gameplay on a PS5.

AC has some of the most realistic physics on the market. would be great to actually see that in action, instead of this.

I got the game at launch for PS5 and use a G29.

If you have any questions I can try to help.

Visually it is OK. Think not quite as good as GT Sport running on a PS4 Pro.

However, the rear view mirrors / virtual rear view monitor is a joke and looks like it is rendered on a Nintendo 64. I guess if you just need to confirm if there is a blocky mess behind you, it serves the purpose.

Replays are horrible.

The racing is pretty cool but there is a high learning curve if you are new to the series, like me. There are some good creators on YT that will save you some pain.

AI seems a bit dirty, and one mistake means you'll be lucky to finish second from bottom. For whatever reason, there always seems to be one AI car that does extremely poorly!

Gareth I appreciate the Everyman aspect to your videos but why not wait until you've got the hang of a game before posting gameplay footage. I didn't watch until the end but I don't think you braked for a single corner.

Watched it again and the brake light does flash on occasionally but not very often when it would be useful. When the racing line turns red braking is no longer optional if you want to stay on the track.

Either someone else should have done the gameplay or this shouldn't have been posted. That was rough, it takes times to get used to a simulation especially one that's as realistic as ACC but some of it just looked like basic racing game techniques were ignored.
