The UFO game only just appeared in the US Central Plaza as soon as the open beta was announced. However, the Europe games space has Darts whereas the US one does not. The Japan Home also has some things that both the European and US Home's do not. I think there are differences, and I don't think one is getting shafted more than another. I wish they all had the same features, but I'm guessing they like to test some features in one region before deciding whether it is worth rolling out to all regions.
