Hip Hop Gamer Accepts 50's Challenge

It seems there actually was somebody who cared about 50 Cents's: Blood on the Sand challenge that was issued earlier this week. Hip Hop Gamer - presenter of the Hip Hop Gamer Show - has accepted 50's challenge saying that in the end "IT WILL BE 50'S BLOOD ON THE SAND."

I guess there can only be one hip hop gamer.

Let's hope he eradicates that walking garbage can that is 50 cent

LeonSKennedy4Life5619d ago

You changed your post. Why? I rather liked the original post.

aaquib095619d ago

Both their 360's get RROD and blow up.

That way: 2 pieces of garbage in the trash. With one product.

Leathersoup5619d ago

Noooo!! If both of their egos meet it could destroy the universe!!

Timesplitter145619d ago (Edited 5619d ago )

really I hate both of them.

I mean... look at all these pictures of him he puts in there with that ''tuff guy'' look on his face. I just think it's ridiculous. And I just don't like the hip-hop way of life with all those stupid hand moves.

bomboclaat_gamer5619d ago

ur just ignorant. if u dont like hip hop shut up. or maybe ur just scared of black people

drewdrakes5619d ago

aaquib09 - Go to the open zone for that kind of talk. We dont want your console bashing here. Especially when the article isnt even related to that.

Timesplitter145619d ago (Edited 5619d ago )

no I'm not scared of black people. In fact, my favorite song ever was made by a black guitarist (Eddie Hazel) and I also love Jimi Hendrix.

I mean... there was a time when music had something intellectual and poetic about it. Now it's just rich rappers saying ''YO DAWG GOTTA SURVIVE IN DA GETTO, DAWG''. And they're all trying to look like the baddest dudes around... I hate that mentality

bomboclaat_gamer5619d ago

just let people be. its their lives. im not a hip hop fan anyway. but when u say stuff like that it comes across as being ignorant and/or racist.

No Way5619d ago

Well.. I don't like the way you live. How about that?

...When you're about to get him, yell "it's Shug Knight!"

LeonSKennedy4Life5619d ago (Edited 5619d ago )

Haha...I'm actually more excited for this than the Sessler/Pereira debate. That was a bad debate.

If Pereira had used Metal Gear Solid 4 instead of Fallout 3...I'm not sure Sessler could have done much to defend X-Play's choice. To be honest with you though...I think they chose it based on actual opinion and not ratings. If they had wanted better ratings, Metal Gear Solid 4 would have won GOTY. Everybody and their mother knows that was the best game this year.

EDIT: It's a close battle between that and LBP for GOTY for me...but MGS4 is still the winner. Yeah...it's the best PS3 game too, probably. I see Heavy Rain, God of War III, Killzone 2, and Final Fantasy Versus XIII attempting that title also. AHHHH...I CAN'T WAIT!!!

kwasirubonkerz5619d ago (Edited 5619d ago )

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^this^^^^^^^ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
i agree. MGS4 ws epic and my game of the ps3 not just goty.

opinion subject to change in 2009 lol. but for nw

Monchichi0255619d ago

MG4 isn't everyone's cup of tea. To those who love it...they loved it. But to those who weren't fans of the series...it was just a long slow movie.

The other games had more mass market appeal and were more appealing. But then again, this is all an opinion thing. There is no science to it!

LeonSKennedy4Life5619d ago

I'm just saying that the game is so good that it's almost like no other game matters.

I'm sure you've felt the same way about something before. Whether everybody loves MGS4 or not...it effected me so much that it's hard to believe everyone else wouldn't love it.

I was that way with The Lord of the Rings also. (Books & Movies)

No Way5619d ago

Uhm.. Leon, that's the whole point of GotY. Sure, you could go by ratings and say that is the BEST game.. But, that's not always the case and eryone knows that. A Game of the Year pick and winner is an opinion, and only an opinion.

10 Licensed Games That Suprised Everyone by Not Sucking

Most licensed games tend to be below average, but every now and then, developers produce a game based on an existing license that is actually good.

EA back in the early PS2/Xbox/GC-era actually put out some pretty good licensed games, notably 007 Nightfire , 007 Everything or Nothing and some of their Lord of The Rings games.

TheFirstClassic1739d ago

The world is not enough had a really good game made by eurocom on n64, it was overshadowed by goldeneye and perfect dark unfortunately, I think it has aged better in certain ways, and it had a better framerate. I miss the old days of solid bond games.

0hMyGandhi1739d ago

There were a bunch of fun Bond games, but Goldeneye and World's Not Enough (running on the ski lines in multiplayer was too much fun back in day)

Nightfire was also really great, as well.

PowerOfTheCloud1739d ago

Yup first game that came to my mind. Was better than the movie imho

0hMyGandhi1739d ago

Escape from Butcher Bay remains one of the best games I've ever played.

Leeroyw1739d ago

They managed to make a prison feel real and dangerous. Brilliant

I enjoyed "The Great Escape" game on the PS2. Also "The Thing" on PS2 wasnt to bad. Unfortunately it was to hard at the time when I was younger.

Literal_Cringe1739d ago

6th gen in general was a really good gen for licensed games, so many surprising gems from that time

0hMyGandhi1739d ago

Peter Jackson's King Kong.
Avatar: The game
X-Men Origins: Wolverine.

And love it or hate it, Enter The Matrix really scratched the itch for Matrix games as well.

Venoxn4g1738d ago

I prefered matrix: path of neo much more

Top 10 Sequels Nobody Asked For

COGconnected: Some sequels come as a result of the artists behind it truly believing an IP deserves a second chance, could be improved with just a few small tweaks, or is indeed good enough to warrant a sequel. These ones do not.

Loads of people asked for a sequel to Knack, including myself.

The first game was good fun, clearly rushed for launch, but a good launch title for PS4.

rainslacker2022d ago

Yeah, I know a lot of people who liked the game, and said they wouldn't mind a sequel which improved on the original.

SuperSonic912022d ago

Knack 2 is so much fun for couch co-op.

sprinterboy2022d ago

Great for co/op keeping the kids entertained

Platformgamer2022d ago

you stole the words from my mouth.
knack is so underrated

NotanotherReboot2022d ago

So how come "loads of people" didn't buy the game?

Teflon022021d ago

Half a milli is pretty fine for that game actually

rainslacker2021d ago

Loads of people did. Loads of people also played it on PS+.

Although, I don't really know what the actual numerical value is of a load, unless it's the kind of load that we usually see used to criticize Sony or its games.

Akarogg 2022d ago

It sold about as well as Doom on Switch

The great dunk spoke, and knack 2 was goty before it even dropped. Spaghetti. Meatballs. Puerto Rico.

Amplitude2022d ago

Knack 2 and Kane and Lynch 2 were so good
Cool article though aha mostly all true.

Still waiting for Kanye and Lynch 3 to solve that insane cliffhanger ending

PhantomS422022d ago

I will always want more Naughty Bear. Those games are like bad SyFy movies, just so awful but so fun.

Retroman2022d ago (Edited 2022d ago )

Knack 1-2 was Fantastic...,.... hope Knack 3 being developed.
Can't wait for Ratchet and clank 2
Ps4

King_Noctis2021d ago

I wonder what would happen if Knack was multiplatform. Would people defend it that much.

rainslacker2021d ago (Edited 2021d ago )

I think people probably wouldn't even pay attention to it at all. There is no denying that exclusives do get a bit of a bump in notoriety. Same could be said for any number of mid-tier game which is multi-plat. It doesn't really get that much attention outside of an announcement, maybe an occasional screen shot or marketing blurb, and then some reviews on release. Quite a few mid-tier titles that are exclusive...especially those from 1st party, get a lot more attention.

That being said, the first one was pretty fun for a launch title. The second one was really good, although still had some room to do things better.

GRAW2 and Ninja Gaiden 2 and I’ll be set. I’m a little bitter though you can’t buy Splinter Cell Blacklist digitally, I certainly would have bought a new copy to play, I don’t have my disc anymore and I’ll never own another game on disc. Same thing happened with Red River, not sure why it happens but it is disappointing.

Sophisticated_Chap2079d ago

You can actually buy Blacklist digitally:

https://marketplace.xbox.co...

I agree with you though, we need GRAW2, but the game that I am really waiting for is The Darkness (the first game). I just played through GRAW1, and it was the first time that I had ever played the Xbox 360 version. It was good, but GRAW2 is definitely heads and tails above it in terms of the campaign.

It they could ever manage to release FEAR1 digitally, that would be awesome, but not likely.

AK912079d ago

Would love Dishonored 1 and the Batman Arkham games on BC, the remastered versions of those games is hot garbage.

DivineAssault 2079d ago

Do people actually play 360 games on the xb1 or do they kinda toy around for a while to check out the improvements? Im curious because i cant stand last gen games

annoyedgamer2078d ago

Yes, especially the miltiplayer games. I used it for Black Ops 2.

DivineAssault 2078d ago

I can see that. I dont like shooters but if you play those, i guess youd be really into the BC

Einhander19712079d ago

I bought the Xbox one X because of the backwards compatibility. Last gen games look amazing, Gears, Red dead look incredible in 4K. Still some of the best games were on last gen.

Lon3wolf2079d ago

Infinite Undiscovery is the only one I'm waiting on, I replayed Blue Dragon when it hit BC.
