I dont think it released this year but I played The Suicide of Rachel Foster recently and couldn't get over how bad it was. Easily the worst game I played in all of 2021

I saw it on a psn sale and the trailer almost had me buying it for $10 guess it's a good thing I held off

You saved yourself so. I enjoy some walking Simulator games but this one had a very problematic plot and over looks some very questionable story threads

Diablo 2, Guardians of the Galaxy, FarCry 6.

Yeah yeah, dude. You're really edgy and different.

Is Diablo 2: Resurrected worth the price? I am a Diablo 2 fan, but I am worried that $30 is too much for this game.

MadLad856d ago

Not exactly worth the price.
It's a highly recommended $20 title.

The modern improvements do make what was already a great game that much better though.

Far Cry 6 was crap. I couldn't even bring myself to finish it. I got half way through and thought WTF am I doing here anymore. As for Guardians of the Galaxy good game overall but awful combat.

MadLad856d ago

That's the point though; this is on a worst games of the year article. Not "games that were actually solid, but maybe I had issues with it".

The guy was really reaching to get clicks.

I have to agree with TedCruz here. If he said disappointing it'd be one thing but he said worst. The fact he didn't even list the GTA Trilogy here is baffling within itself. That should EASILY be number one.

Gotg in dishonorable mentions. Here’s a dishonorable mention: paulsemel.com
Gtfo.

While some of these might be bad games, I think a worst games list should include the games with the worst monetization schemes. To me, games built around MTs are by far the worst and the least fun.

What Can Diablo IV Learn From Diablo II

Diablo IV may be the latest entry from the Diablo series, but it can sure learn a thing or two from the iconic Diablo II. Both of these games are different and similar to each other, but Diablo II's phenomenal presence should still be more appearing in Diablo IV to make the game even better in its current state.

Don't turn it into a live service, don't reskin immortal, and add to the complexity.
