New Flower footage a far cry from green pastures

This is truly awe inspiring. I have never been so awe struck by a game before. This is the first PSN title to ever truly grab my attention. This game alone will prove to non believers that video games can be considered a work of art. Truly beautiful.

Just by playing flOw, you'll understand what these developers want from this industry. They know how to make something feel "alive". It's a great experience if you just let it take you...and that's really what I think they're trying to accomplish in FlOwer...

As much as I love the graphics, I think the art style would do better with something that's a bit more "hand drawn" not cell shaded or anything heavy, but something to give the game a bit more of a personal touch. It feels like something isn't there, like it's a bit to sterile for some reason.

Anyways it looks great.

im amazed at the graphical quality; however, im going to hold off from buying this. im afraid of getting bored of flower after a few weeks. i got the flow game and played it for 2 or 3 weeks and havent touch it from then on. probably not my cup of tea, but i still like the idea. the games i mostly play from psn are wipeout, eden, and stardust. best psn games ever!

i was fortunate enough to play this at NextFest in Chicago in October. i played two sessions, about 2 minutes each, and it was as fun as i expected... like flOw, the controls are intuitive and graceful, and of course the graphics (draw distance in particular) are phenomenal. even though i had headphones on i could hardly hear the game, but from what i could hear the chimes and dings were really set the mood too. (they had that P.B. Winterbottom game on display too, but i didn't try it.)

only hard thing was, once you start to fly through a trail of petals it's hard to stay on track. but maybe i just needed more time to get used to it.

so overall i was impressed; now just waiting for a release date.

will be purchasing day one for me.. im on the verge of purchasing all psn exclusives so far but need some more to go... best psn games ive played so far are Supersonic acrobatic battle cars,super stardust,soldnier x (great fun game),echochrome,wipeout HD along with some others but thop's so far are my main ones... im just as excited as for psn exclusive games as the acuall ps3 exclusives in a way.

i really want siren but havnt had any money,now that i do i just want conformation that its worth the $40??
