The Donkey Kong Series Has Surpassed 65 Million Sales Worldwide

Nintendo has revealed that, as of March 2021, the Donkey Kong series of games have sold a whopping 65 million units worldwide.

Yet, we still don't have a new game. Donkey Kong is and always will be my favorite IP over everything else in the gaming world.

GTA5 had sold upward of 130 million noob. It's also been on Gamepass and PSNow plenty of times...... Noob.

Moving away from my stupidity above, games operate different than they did when DK hit the arcades. In Pac-man's prime, they made 2 billion plus in the arcades. This is 1980s money. Different time, different audience. It's like when people see a movie break new box office records. While cool, no movie has come close to toppling Gone with the Wind as the most popular movie to ever hit theaters.... but, movies stayed in theaters for years.

I'm not really getting your point. i know that GTA5 has sold over 130 million copies since it released 8 yrs ago......... meaning that it has well surpassed 65 million. The fact that it's been on gamepass and PSnow has absolutely nothing to do with the amount of copies that it sold (so I'm not really sure why you had that as a point). prior to trying to portray yourself as the smartest person in the room how abt you make relevant points.
